What’s up with ASL at EHRC?

ReachoutWe offer American Sign Language course to the home-schooled children from K to 12th grade.  The purpose of taking the ASL course can be range from just for fun to wanting to be able to communicate with deaf or be an interpreter for the deaf, be a psychologist for the deaf, be a social worker with deaf children or be a teacher of the deaf.  There are many reasons why one should take ASL course.  You will have a lot of fun learning a whole new culture and language.

About ASL Teacher at EHRC:

Jennifer Brinkley, who is deaf and grew up in the Seattle area is a part-time K-6 grades ASL instructor. A graduate from Seattle's Roosevelt High school, she then attended California State University, Northridge (CSUN) for her undergraduate studies. Upon graduation from CSUN, she attended graduate school at Gallaudet University, the only Deaf University in the world and received her masters of arts degree.
