Students may be charged for certain supplementary supplies or materials so long as the charge does not exceed the cost of such supplies or materials.
Student activities shall be selected and arranged so that cost alone does not make it impossible for a student to participate in such activities. When a charge is made for a school program, the amount shall be reasonable and no student will be excluded from attendance/participation because of an inability to pay.
