The Edmonds School District will investigate any charge of illegal discrimination in providing educational opportunities and will attempt to resolve such complaints informally, expeditiously, and at the closest point of administrative responsibility to the alleged offense.
In addition, the superintendent shall establish a complaint procedure that will provide for investigation and review by school officials other than those involved in the complaint.
