The Edmonds School District recognizes the benefits derived from the placement of Non-Immigrant International J-1 students from throughout the world in the schools of the district. Benefits accrue to the student, the host family and the school population as a whole.
The superintendent will establish procedures to ensure that the admission and placement of international students in the schools will be a beneficial and noteworthy experience for everyone involved.
