Flag exercises shall be conducted in each classroom at the beginning of the school day, at the opening of all school assemblies and, when feasible, at inter-school events. Students not reciting the pledge of allegiance shall maintain a respectful silence.
The United States flag shall be displayed upon or near every public school
plant, except during inclement weather.
