All salary schedules, wage scales, and benefits provided for employees shall be approved by the Board. Employees who are covered by collective bargaining agreements or memoranda of understanding will be provided benefits as set forth therein. Those employees who are not covered by a collective bargaining agreement or memorandum of understanding shall be provided benefits as set forth in their individual contracts or as approved by the Board.
