It is the policy of Edmonds School District to issue annually upon request, to school directors and school administrators, complimentary passes for admission to school events. Directors and administrators receiving these passes will be expected to assist, as required, in supervision of those attending or participating in the event.
School principals will issue a faculty supervisory card to faculty members valid for all regular school events in which their school participates and which are held at an Edmonds district facility.
School principals may issue single event passes to non-faculty supervisory personnel for events in which that school participates and which are held at an Edmonds district facility.
In addition, complimentary life-time passes will be issued, upon application, to any resident of the district who is 65 years of age or more and whose income is at or below the level specified in federal school lunch regulations for a family of two to be eligible for reduced price lunches at the time of application. A statement on the pass will request that the pass be returned if future income rises to a level higher than the above standard.
Each complimentary pass and faculty supervisory card shall be issued to and used by only one individual. Complimentary passes shall not cover spouses or families. Complimentary passes shall not be usable by anyone other than the individual named on the pass.
