It is the policy of Edmonds School District to contract with vendors (companies) or individuals who are not current district employees for services such as speaking, inservice training, teaching, consulting, conducting doing research studies, or other similar activities. Form B-40 (Contract for Goods and/or Services) will be used for this purpose with companies and individuals possessing a valid Washington State tax registration number. Individuals who do not have a valid tax registration number will be paid through the payroll process.
