Mean, Mode, Median Worksheets - Solid site that is a wonderful site to work on for a few days of work. Look at the Student Activities section for some good work - along with answers.
Interactive Games/Lessons that would be good review - This chart will help identify which activities from Project Interactivate can be used to explore the topics covered in elementary grades mathematics. These 'games' take a long time to load but are worth it.
Definitions and Examples - This site gives good examples of mean, range, mode - don't try the CD lessons but the others work well.
A Test Prep Area from New York the helps you know how to create, read, and interpret graphs: circle, bar, histogram, line, pictograph, and stem and leaf.
