Meadowdale Middle School offers 8 sports during 4 different seasons. We play the other middles schools of the Sno-King Middle School league. This league includes schools from Mukilteo, Shoreline and the Edmonds School Districts.
FALL, Sept. 4 -Football (8th grade boys only), Fastpitch softball, Cross Country (no cuts)
WINTER SEASON #1, Nov. 3 - Boys Basketball, Girls Volleyball
WINTER SEASON #2, Jan. 26 - Girls Basketball, Wrestling (no cuts), (wrestlers also need a yearly "minimum weight form")
SPRING, Apr. 13 - Track and Field (no cuts)
To participate, students must have a current physical, a parent permission form, and a single sport clearance form. They also must meet the academic requirements and be in good standing regarding attendance and discipline. To download the athletic forms, click on the link at the top of the page.
Starting in the Fall of 2008, Middle School students will be required to pay $20 per sport. The athletic paperwork packet contains a waiver request if needed. Students do not need to pay the fee to try out for a sport in which there are "cuts". The fee will be due for students who make the team. All students participating in "no-cut" sports will be required to pay the fee to participate.
