I am pleased to be a part of the Lynndale staff. I have spent the past 12 years working in social services with children and families in a variety of settings. I obtained by BA in Psychology in 1994 and a Masters of Social Work in 1997. Some of my interests and hobbies include reading, biking, kayaking, campping and gardening.
I enjoy working with students, families and staff at Lynndale as the Guidance Specialist. Some of my responsibilities include: guidance lessons in the classroom focusing on a variety of skills including teamwork, communications, bullying and teasing; community resource information and referral; individual and group counseling and support; organized playground activities, and strategies to enhance the overall school climate.
