Dear Parents,
Welcome to kindergarten! We are looking forward to working with you and your child this year. We are committed to making this year a successful and fun year.
The following is a list of supplies for your child this year:
KINDERGARTEN SUPPLIES:
$10.00 cash or check made payable to Edmonds School District #15
- With the $10 we will be purchasing community supplies, which will be shared among students in the classroom. These supplies will include crayons, glue, pencils, erasers and spiral notebooks and markers.
1 backpack large enough for folder
1 paper folder with pocket along the bottom
1 three-ring binder with 1 inch rings
Please label all above supplies with your child's name, including clothing
The following items need NOT be labeled since they will be for community use:
Full-Day K = 1 box facial tissues (if your last name begins with A-L)
1 box ziploc bags (if your last name begins with M-Z)
= 1 container baby wipes (for hands)
= 1 container disinfectant wipes (for tables)
Half-Day K=AM 1 box Ziploc bags & 1 container disinfectant wipes (for tables)
Half-Day K=PM 1 container baby wipes (for hands) & 1 container disinfectant wipes (for tables)
Full and half day - 2 old socks to use as whiteboard erasers
3 black expo dry erase whiteboard markers
Optional Ð If you would like to donate any of the following, we could use:
Colored Pencils
Skinny Colored Markers
Wrapping Paper
Stickers (insects, frogs, apples, spiders and others)
Cotton Balls
Paper Plates
In the few weeks before school begins, in addition to enjoying the end of summer vacation, please help your child practice writing his/her name and continue reading to your child.
We look forward to meeting both you and your child in August at Jump Start assessments.
